Only natural reductions are used for the vintages, ensuring an authentic and pure expression of this exceptional collection. The estate’s iconic Eglise serves as the perfect aging cellar, offering a finely temperate climate that contributes to the natural alcoholic evaporation known as « the Angel’s share. »
Immerse yourself in a narrative reminiscent of the sagas of d’Artagnan and Cyrano de Bergerac, savoring the timeless legacy of Armagnac Marcillac.

“Flawless maturity”

Nose: Initially, soft fruits and vanilla, followed by a mix of fresh walnut, herbs and hay. An underlying note of oak is complemented by elegant rancio.
Palate: As the palate develops, it starts turning towards dried red fruits and prunes, more wood – maple and pine – as well as very light vanilla and pipe tobacco. The finale is soft and rounded, full of dried fruit and Christmas pudding.

“A perfect balance between character and elegance”

Eye : Deep copper color with metallic reflections.
Nose: Everything is in good proportion: oak, fruit – candied and dried – vanilla, spices, and nutty buttery notes.
Palate : This Armagnac is all about red raisins, figs, fig jam, Medjool dates and dark raw honey. Out of this world chewy texture. A warming spice tingle is present but never adds heat. The finish shows the grainy rustic tannins, with a pleasant black tea astringency.

« A Robust Armagnac full of depth and character »

Eye : Deep copper color with metallic sheen.
Nose : Very buttered and dessert-like – patissier. Smells of butterscotch, caramel, toffee, various candied and dried fruits, and vanilla. With time in the glass, a nuttiness sets in. Nose reminds of a sherry bomb single malt whisky.
Palate : It is an Armagnac to chew on. Oak driven. Sultry sweet fruits take the relay: fig jam and Medjool dates all coated in a dark high strength raw honey. Astringent fine black tea on finish to counterbalance.

“A friendly gateway into Vintage Armagnac”

Eye : Amber color with shimmers of copper.
Nose : Fresh, fruit driven. Lovely vanilla extract aroma. Notes of caramelized apples and pears; apple cinnamon and applesauce. Delicate oakiness is also present.
Palate : Clean pleasant vanilla with some oak spice, measured and in balance. As far as the fruit: applesauce, caramelized pear, and toffee apples. The Armagnac is chewy and has a wonderful texture but not an ounce of sweetness in the mouthfeel thanks to the grainy tannins.

Limited Edition Wooden box

The box is natural wood, heightened with just a light varnish to keep a classic appearance. The rose gold color used for the logo is not only elegant, but also contrasts subtly with the color of the liquid in the bottle.
